Return and refund policy

At Al-Rahajumuah Perfumes, we take great care to ensure that every product is packed safely and delivered in perfect condition. We are committed to providing high-quality perfumes with elegant packaging.

Damaged or Broken Items  
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or leaking during delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please send an email to our support team  alrahajumuah@gmail.com with clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging as proof.

Replacement Policy  
After verifying the issue, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost. We do not provide refunds. Only product replacements will be issued for items that are damaged during delivery.

Non-Returnable Items  
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged if:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The original seal or packaging is broken.
- The customer does not like the fragrance or scent.

Important Conditions
- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photographic proof of the damaged product and packaging is required.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
- We do not offer refunds, only replacements for damaged items.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the order cannot be cancelled because it may already be processed or shipped.

Once the cancellation request is confirmed within the allowed time period, the order will be cancelled and any eligible refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
